Customer Experience & Grow | Partner Success Manager

Hoot Reading is a leading online tutoring provider delivering 1:1, evidence-based literacy instruction through a network of qualified teachers. Hoot partners with K–12 school districts, educational organizations, state-funded tutoring initiatives, and families across North America to deliver high-impact tutoring and intervention programs that help transform children's lives through literacy.

The Partner Success Manager is responsible for managing Hoot Reading's education partners throughout the post-sale lifecycle, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for school districts and educational organizations. This role combines relationship management, project management, operational coordination, and strategic account growth to ensure successful implementation, delivery, and renewal of Hoot programs.

Working closely with school and district leaders as well as internal cross-functional teams, the Partner Success Manager plays a critical role in driving program success, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and identifying opportunities for long-term partnership growth.



Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for school districts, educational organizations, and other partners, building trusted relationships with district administrators, principals, instructional leaders, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, overseeing both small- and large-scale implementations across multiple schools and sites.
  • Facilitate onboarding webinars, training sessions, planning meetings, and ongoing program reviews for clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Customer Experience, Product, Recruiting, and Learning teams to support program delivery and continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Monitor program performance, implementation milestones, and operational metrics to proactively identify risks and drive solutions.
  • On occasion, travel to school sites to support program launches, strengthen relationships, and gather feedback from partners and stakeholders.

Experience in account management, customer success, implementation, operations, education, or edtech is highly valued. Experience working with school districts, educational organizations, or multi-stakeholder environments is considered a strong asset.
