Do I need to create an account in the Scheduler?
It is not necessary to create an account. The benefits are that it will save your information for next time, making your next booking session faster. It will also have a list of Upcoming Appointments in a green box in the middle of the page.
The scheduler log-in is not a customer portal.
I did not receive or cannot find email confirmation of my booked session?
Please email email@example.com and tell us which day(s) you would like email’s resent.
Help, I cannot find a time that works for me!
We encourage you to look at all teacher’s availability when trying to book your sessions. If you cannot find a time that works for you, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help.
They system won’t let me cancel my lesson.
As per our policy, you must cancel before 24 hours to avoid a unused session. If it is less than 24 hours, our system will not allow it. Please email email@example.com if you are having any other troubles.
How do I stop receiving text message reminders?
It’s easy! Reply “STOP” to the reminder text notification.
